The Concept

The Cleveland is an exclusive development of three luxury homes set on 6471m². Each home has a stand size of 2000 m² and is approximately 1500 m² under roof. We have prioritised security to ensure our residents will feel secure at all times. This private enclave has a shared guard house and secure entry system. Individual homes have their own private gated entrance secured with a state of the art security system including home automated camera, alarm and video intercom access control linked to the main gate.

Our ethos is to create unique stylised homes that are as luxurious and glamorous as they are welcoming and homely. The Cleveland experience is to enter into a luxury hideaway resort whilst having on offer all the home comforts a family could need. The architecture has effectively exploited the magnificent views over Sandton City CBD skyline in the North East and the hilly green Magalisburg to the North West by drawing these views into the home.
